I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your colleagues for a job well done in securing a replacement 2002 Kia Optima in exchange for my 2001 lemon. Not only did you folks handle my case most effectively, you dealt with the matter in a timeframe that was quite impressive. The frustration that I was beginning to experience relative to the quandary of what to do when my new 2001 Kia started acting up were becoming almost overwhelming.
